I was in the previous loan that ran from 2015 to 2017 for the same amount.
In 2015 the forecast net worth for 2017 was £1.36m and the value shown in the current loan description is £130k.
It appears that there may have been a massive overrun on the software development or some other factor that has reduced turnover from a forecast £4.1m to actual £1.61m.
I can see no explanation in the loan description for the dramatic variance from forecast and it appears that there is significant more development still to do.
I am not inclined to renew.

Thank you for that Steerpike. That's very useful information to know.

Nevertheless, this one filled fifteen minutes ago. The last one filled very quickly, too, and there was very little time to do useful DD. @archover, in view of your increasing popularity, will you be introducing either a 'pipeline loans' feature or imposing bid limits?

I've just received the email from Archover at 4.07pm informing me of this loan opportunity. However when I went to the website to check it out the loan was showing as 100% funded 4 hours ago!
What's the point in sending out emails inviting people to invest in loans that are no longer available?

Hi ribble This loan funded faster than most but this was due to lenders choosing to refinance their existing invested amount in the new refinance loan. We have found that loans have been funding faster but we have yet to get to a point where people are consistently missing out. Our minimum loan size has also increased to £250k but existing businesses are able to refinance or raise new money below that. The majority of loans of £250k -> are lasting at least 12-24 hours so we do not currently see a need to impose a bid limit. But we welcome the feedback. Hi savernake All emails are sent at exactly the same time using the same email software - i can see from the history that all emails were sent at 11.09am.

Thanks for the update hugoarchover Steerpike . Looks like the email delay was a problem with my email server, not an issue at the Archover end.

Thanks for the reply @archover.I hadn't realised refinancing was involved (not having had enough time to read the spec )

Thanks for the update hugoarchover Steerpike . Looks like the email delay was a problem with my email server, not an issue at the Archover end. My email provider VirginMedia frequently used to mark non-junk email as junk so I turned the junk filter off, however, they still sometimes apparently randomly delayed emails for hours, so I switched my Archover email to Outlook.com and no longer experience these problems.

I don't doubt that you sent the email in the morning (although my email header says you sent it at 11:07:03. However like savernake , it didn't hit the 1 and 1 mail server where my domain is hosted until 16:07:06 so unless he's also with 1 and 1, I think it more likely your sending mail server decided it had better things to do after it had relayed the first load and didn't pick up with your mailing until late afternoon.
Certainly I was disappointed to miss out on this one having already been disappointed by E** S******* Ltd withdrawing from their loan which meant I'd had 3k earning nothing for more than a fortnight that was then returned to me.

mta1a3.spe.intercom-mail.com is on the SORBS NEW and SORBS SPAM blacklists
Perhaps this was a contributing factor to the delay, however, 52.27.255.198 does not appear to be owned by Archover.
