Seems to be this particular PC, as now found I can log in fine from another PC. Tried different browsers, cleaning cookies etc, still no joy from this one PC, very odd.
At least I can get in now.

Same ish problem for me, first page works, characters entered on second page, button press puts url bottom of screen but whole lot just sits.
Will try another computer later.
Did get an alert from Avast regarding a virus detected on the col site, but was a bit quick and I did not get a chance to make a note. Running full scan now - may take some time, will update.
Edit: Half an hour later: Able to get straight on using another computer, scan still running on lappy.
10 minutes later, able to log in on lappy first time..........
