Anyone else having trouble logging on today? I use the site regularly - yesterday was the last time, no problem. Today I can't log on to my account. I press the button and nothing happens. strange horizontal lines appear on the Logon button. I have the exact same outcome on a mac and on an iPad. I can get into other parts of the site OK (eg to ask for a loan), but not into my accounts. Just me?

The site is fine. Try a different web browser, Chrome? Have you tried clear cache?

Thanks for the advice. Turns out there was a temporary issue with Safari, RS has now fixed.

I think its been getting slower to use over quite a long period of time. It took ages this morning to get the logon and long to actually get in. I see that they have re-introduced a new annoying logon dialog that needs to be dismissed but that takes more time. Why is RS getting so slow

They have changed the login screen. No tick box to save email but if you click in the email box your login email appears.

Payments from the 5 Year market are not completed yet either, so I guess their database is just very busy. It's a Monday morning thing. It's a bit silly that internal processing affects the website, but ultimately it's all accessing the same database.

I paged back and got back in (without needing to log in). So they did come back on line "shortly"...
Evidently they are working on the website in some way and access is a little unstable.
I also see not all of today's 5 year repayments have been credited (for me at least).

They have changed the login screen. No tick box to save email but if you click in the email box your login email appears. Didn't work for me but it's all sorted now. I had to go into Google settings then Smart Log for Passwords. The only drawback is is that it saves passwords as well.
