ablrate - when attempting to amend an offer the link brings up a different loan - I think all links point to the same offer. ablrate I'm having the same issue. After amending one loan offer I'm unable to amend any other offer - it just keeps opening the same loan I originally amended. Refreshing the page and logging on and off doesn't clear the issue and only deleting cookies seems to remedy the issue each time..... Fixed

Further small point on the Single Company Portfolio Loans page. Generally nicely laid out and well explained. However the following does not seem to be followed up
"Why is it called a 'target' interest rate?
The target rate is a capped interest rate that will be paid to lenders. The rate could be below this figure should certain situations occur. Please see the Risk Management FAQ."
Is not answered on Risk Management (not FAQ) on the same page, nor on the separate FAQ page, that I could find.

Notifications - can't select unread only. Also - thank you the option to be able to easily configure emails to be received - I've elected to get all of them as I prefer not to miss something important Edit - now the all button isn't working - only the unread option ? Edit 2 - got it - it is a toggle button - if you are on unread only then you can only select All and vice versa - it isn't obvious which you are looking at - the subtlety of dark blue versus grey/black to highlight which is being displayed was lost on my eyes

ablrate Minor grump. On Account History Page is a button for Archived Statements. There are no Archived Statements on AR. Only ARCHIVED TRANSACTIONS. Also the comment 'There are no financial statements to display.', should read 'There are no financial transactions to display.'

Agree with many of the points already raised. One other bit of functionality that I was hoping would be coming with this change is a direct link from the Secondary bids / Secondary offers page to the respective loans. As it is I have to note the loan ID and then go to the SM page and open the loan from there. Even better would be the ability to amend my bids/offers directly from the main loan "All bids and offers" page. Done Also put back borrower in SM

Looks smart, and I'm impressed by the speed with which you have already made a few tweaks in response to requests.
Here's another: I think you've taken a step backwards in relation to viewing notifications. While I like the fact that, on selecting a message to view, I can now immediately see more than just the standard header, I don't like that fact that if I have a series of messages to view then I have to make THREE mouse clicks per message to get through them all. Could someone take another look at that, please? For example, a "next message" button in the pop-up window?

I really like being able to see "Your Offers" and "Your Bids" on the "Current Investments" page, but I really hate that my loans are now broken across 2 pages. Looking forward to that changing ASAP!
Also, on the "Secondary Market" page, "Your Investment" column, can you please lose all the entries of £0.00 (loans that I once held but sold out of long ago)?
Also lose all of the other needless trailing 00s (eg. 10% rather than 10.00%, 99.9% rather than 99.900%)
Thx.

I like the 2 decimal points - seems neat and complete to me. Also like £0.00 on loans I've owed but sold - its a useful differential to loans I've not invested in.

I agree about £0.00 on loans I've owned but sold. I find it useful too!

I'm with Ganymede in being sad that the attempt to change the UI has compromised the useability for *some* existing users.
My comments:
1. I'm just not bothered by the style changes to the UI: if it works as well as the old UI (or better!), I'll use it. The appearance (colours, layout, etc) is immaterial for me so long as it's readable and logical.
2. I really don't like splitting lists into multiple pages. The earlier suggestion of allowing the option to set a page length plus a 'display all' option would be acceptable so long as the setting to 'dispay all' is remembered from session-to-session.
3. The section on Account History needs re-testing. I too couldn't get the history to download and I had difficulties with showing transactions.
4. If the existing UI isn't acceptable for use on smartphones or touchscreen devices, rather than try to design something that works on PCs and smartphones, why not create two different UIs that are each optimised for their respective platforms?
5. The new UI seems to be using Javascript commands available only in very recent browsers. In my quick testing I found several button-click options that just don't respond in my two-year-old Firefox browser, for example the button to switch to the old UI didn't work (but the 'Cancel' button alongside it did!). Sadly, it seems that designers are far too focussed on implementing the latest whizz-bang gizmo than ensuring compatibility for their existing users. If I'm obliged to use a later version of Firefox browser (eg v51 which I detest because it's perceptibly slower) to access my Ablrate account, I'll be rethinking my preference for Ablrate as my preferred P2P platform.

Sorry if the changes are not to your liking for now you can change to the old UI in settings. We will have a look at the above and see what we can do. We have optimized for latest browsers as we assume people update for the best security... but we will have a look at the emulators for the old ones. The download of history is being worked on. If you change to the old UI in settings you can download form there. Thanks for the reports.. we kept the old UI for just these situations and will see what we can do to improve the experience

Aesthetically pleasing as the new UI is I personally don't like the Jimmy Carr avatar Trivial suggestion time,... how about letting users link to their own avatar, which could also be included on the loan comments?
