This has probably been asked before...does the interest continue to accure when a loan is listed on the secondary market?

You will receive interest on the Secondary Market for Property loans that have been "renewed". As investors are forced into renewals for Property loans (even if you don't tick the renewal box) you can list them on the SM after the renewal date and you will still receive interest while they are selling.

You SHOULD receive interest on “for sale” loans that have been extended, but in fact I haven't yet on some Chelsea flat parts I had on the SM. COL have just replied to my email that there will be a further interest run later today ... (Update: apparently the missing interest relates to the period of Jan in which that loan was in "negative days" and not to my having it up for sale)

I thought my interest was a bit light this morning...but I haven't had time to check it yet... I will wait to see what this afternoon brings..

Missing accrued interest now paid, at least on BL00017 I've just received some on COLBL00008 . Not much - maybe 10 days worth. It's marked as 'Interest Accrued' on the statement but I don't recall that one being overdue.
