I'm trying to invest in 1000099 - Refinance of Property & Modular Assets but getting message with strange error
Unexpected error occurred: Transaction (Process ID 60) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction. Anyone else seeing this?

Yes, along with all kinds of other errors - not quite sure why but when I changed my investment to a nice round figure rather than trying to use all the cash I had on Ablrate it worked straightaway but still won't let me invest the remaining £12:00
Unexpected error occurred: This Loan instance in memory is out-of-date. A clone of it is already updated in the transaction. It is not allowed to update the same instance multiple times in a transaction, because then the earlier updates would be overwriten by the older state of the instance in memory.
BAD: Database.Update(myObject, x=> x.P1 = ...); // Note: this could also be nested inside another method that's called here instead. Database.Update(myObject, x=> x.P2 = ...);
GOOD: Database.Update(myObject, x=> x.P1 = ...); myObject = Database.Reload(myObject); Database.Update(myObject, x=> x.P2 = ...);

So I've tried to lend into the latest loan and all a I get is the response "Unexpected error occurred: Transaction (Process ID 98) was deadlocked...". I've tried a dozen times already. Why on earth are these IT systems never designed to cope with the traffic the website is designed to attract. It's not rocket science. Sooooo infuriating. Grr.
This is why I prefer the Lendy approach where you say how much you would like and you get a fair allocation up to your maximum desired amount. None of this fastest-finger-first stuff, which is just so old fashioned. Please improve your IT systems to cope with traffic or change your mechanism to avoid dense traffic.

I think it's a case of concurrent transactions attempting to access the DB. I got this error too and the fact several people reported this at the same time indicates we were all trying to invest at the same time. I prefer a real-time system to anything Lendy-esq.... in fact anything Lendy-esq brings me out in hives

Obviously not everyone is experiencing this problem, the loan is filling up. That would be the best to do? Wait for an hour and try again? Edit: straight after posting it, I've tried again and it worked.

It may explain the comparatively slow take up of this loan although that may be explained by the number of loans to the same borrower. It would be nice to get some comment from ablrate as to any changes in the system that may have precipitated this? I think we can wait until the morning for an explanation

IIRC the last loan overfilled slightly due to duplicate bids being placed within less than a second. ablrate said that they were going to implement a fix - i'd speculate that this is what has caused the problems that some users have experienced.

I'm getting deadlocks too, and SQL errors ("Unexpected error occurred: Error in running SQL Query."). About 15 errors to 1 non-error so far......!
