Make a complaint here: www2.tsb.co.uk/help/complaint-form/It may well get you a better return than your P2P investments would have done

I can get in and see how much I have, but I can't make any movements out.
May take this as an excuse to switch to something like nationwide flexplus.

I wonder how long they will keep it at 5%, though? I haven't found myself out of pocket (only mildly inconvenienced) due to the IT shenanigans and I have been able to access my account since Tuesday, so I'll happily take the increase to 5% (even if it's only worth £30 a year max over the 3%). 1.5% with BoS is still pretty good for instant access cash, it's just annoying that it was 3% when I opened it and the base rate has increased since then... How long before we get daytime TV and radio adverts for claiming compensation against TSB?

Nationwide is not the company to move to if you are looking to escape IT problems. A few years ago, Nationwide was ahead of the pack with website design and the facilities available online, but it’s now apparent they’ve been resting on their laurels and failing to invest.
As I look at the website now, Faster Payments are down again. “We’re sorry, there’s a problem with Faster Payments (including Paym) and we can’t receive payments into your account. Payments from your account(s) are in a queue and will be processed as soon as possible – you don’t need to re-send them.”
I have been unable to download my credit card pdf statement since it became nominally available on 20 April. “The statement for this account is currently unavailable. Please try again later.” I had to message them to get a response telling me there are “technical issues with our online banking site”. Seven days later there is still nothing on the site referencing or explaining the problem or when it is likely to be solved.
Last month, it was my FlexPlus statement I could not download.

Nationwide's IT continues to get worse.
They're now failing to produce email notifications when new statements are available, and failing to email notifications that there is a new message in your online message box. They obviously have major problems.

Make a complaint here: www2.tsb.co.uk/help/complaint-form/ It may well get you a better return than your P2P investments would have done Good luck with that. I made a complaint on Saturday because I can log in but just get a screen full of computer code. I can see my balance occasionally but can't make any payments. My nearest branch is 40 minutes away by train and not open when I'm off work (Saturday PM & Sunday). I asked them if there was any other way I could transfer funds, but have had no reply yet after nearly 5 days. I haven't lost any money technically, so I'm not holding out much hope for any compensation. Some sites are claiming people may get £25 but spread over even the 40,000 complaints so far that's an even million already, not even including the sudden flood of faux complaints they must have had from the compensation chancers.

I'd be surprised if anyone who makes a reasonable complaint doesn't receive some compensation. Not sure what point you're making about an 'even million', that's pocket change for Sabadell. £25 would be a bit mean though, I received £75 from nationwide when they failed 3 times to close a savings account with nothing in it.
