I have had an issue where I put a loan on the market and the wheel went round so I clicked submit again. Nothing so clicked again it went through. A couple of days later I have been contacted by customer service as 3 loans had been created even though I had only funds for 1 and my balance had been increased. They obviously wanted there money back. I have asked for a full explanation I have been promised one but 1 month later no one has bothered to contact me. There experts didn't initially know what happened. So I have come here to find if others have had this issue they claim there were 10 people affected. Is our money safe when a glitch can change the amount in your account.

It does say something about "do not reload/refresh this page" on the lending confirm page. It makes me think that RS are well aware their system isn't written to cope with someone submitting the same lend-request twice, and have chosen to deal with this by sticking a note on it saying "Do not break this".
