How long does it take to form a loan on RS?
Doesn't it sound a bit strange when the rate is "matched" but the loan is not formed?

I believe that is normal if you are one part of many that makes up the full loan.

Normally within an hour
Can be upto 24 hours
Apart from one which I have thats now 2 months and counting
RS CS and complaints seem to be unable to fix it
I am about to complain to FCA once I get the time
