Hi all Ive got 2 loans Im trying to sell. When I enter in how much I want to sell and click 'Calculate', a popup box says: You sell £92.83 of remaining capital At a price of 101.40p for every 100p remaining Proceeds £94.13 Accrued interest £0.84 Total sale proceeds £94.97 And then some checkboxes with the last one being "I understand that I am selling to the buyer (with accrued interest) an individual loan to the borrower and upon sale I will not receive any of the remaining capital and interest due." If I click the 'Execute' button, will I get £94.97? I presume so, but the text above has me doubting. ("... I will not receive any of the remaining capital and interest due ...") Once sold all accrued and capital going forward will be the buyers

Going to piggyback on this question: when you pay accrued interest on a SM loan, is this the pro-rata'd proportion of the next scheduled interest payment? So, say you bought a loan 30 days into the payment period, you would pay them 30 days interest at the point of sale but then receive 31 days interest the next day?

Yes, but you may find that the complete month's interest appears on your tax statement. Not a problem for an IFISA account.

i'm new to Ablrate,. I have a notice on my dashboard saying i'm due interest today (I think so too), but i have not received any (10:40am). Is it because
1. It's Saturday
2. I'm being impatient?

It could be any time up until midnight. Usually it is fairly late in the day and occasionally they forget and we have to remind them next day.

Yes and yes. Likely will appear on Monday but occasionally processed over the weekend. Payments often are made late evening.

It would be easier to say it's unlikely ever to appear *before* 17:00. A quick check of my log for July shows most seem to be credited between 17:00 & 18:00; the latest was at 23:36 and there was one at 23:09 on a Sunday!

24 hours later and still waiting. I’m going to assume nothing will happen until Monday.
