Made deposit Thursday. Received confirmation email same day. Amount debited from bank account. Amount NOT credited to Ablrate account. One email later and no reply or result.
Could some obliging soul look into this for me? If there's any doubt who I am I can provide details via PM.

Yes, I wasn't really expecting anything to change over the weekend. If it's not resolved by Monday I'll give them a bell. Cheers all.

If you haven't already - please call the office, they will be able to fix it immediately. It doesn't happen very often, but sometimes the third party provider's system processes a payment but only makes one call to our API when it should make multiple calls until it gets the OK that we have processed. Do call the office in the circumstances.. we will have spotted an anomaly on the daily reports but its takes time to identify exactly where... so do let us know if there is not immediate debit card settlement.

I had the same thing happen a few months back - quick call to ABL office and all was resolved, and ringing probably saves them a lot of headscratching trying to work out the reconciling difference!!
