Good morning, nsiamI'm a new investor on Welendus, dipping my toe. I am struggling a little bit to understand the interest calculations being shown on the investment summaries. My investments have now been live for 6-7 days and I have some loans which show interest earned (a few pence) and some which have no interest earned. Are the interest values shown accrued interest or actual interest payments received? Also do some borrowers make weekly payments as opposed to monthly? Many thanks.

Hi Ukmikk, Interest values are only shown when a loan repayment is made. Welendus loans are with monthly payments only (at least for now). Some borrowers may make manual weekly payments though if they have the extra cash. This will reflect into your account immediately as interest earning. Hope this answers your questions. Best, Nadeem
