The 1 year account has leant money twice in the last 24 hours. There is £294k available up to 5% But nothing is going out. Rolling is lending at 5.0% and has only £110k left.
Why do ratesetter not sort this issue? Is the 1 year account about to be closed?

The 1 Year market is never very active outside of business hours. I've no idea why, and it does not seem sensible, but it is "normal". Don't be tempted to think that the rates suggested by the orders placed outside of its active hours are indicative of what you should aim for on that market.
