This morning, I received an email regarding Investment Update, 3 loan parts has been bought by PF.
Having a closer look in the Analytics, now I am curious why these loan parts are bought by PF as these loan parts are live for only 10 days. It doesn't make much sense to me if the borrower has to make a repayment 1st time in 3 days after receiving the loan in the bank account.
Can someone explain?

At a guess you were invested into loans that were already running because someone else withdrew cash from the market. ie they were bought on SM

Duration might be an indicator, average loans I think are 3-9 months so anything shorter might be SM, perhaps a length that doesn't look like a 'round' term?

I think the minimum length is 3 weeks.

I think the minimum length is 3 weeks. I looked into the analytics again to find out the age of the each loans. One thing I notice in my Loan book, I have 4 loan parts with the same borrower, all started on the same day, but only 1 loan part bought by PF. Could this be some kind of flexible repayment plan by Welendus? The other thing I also notice, if the loan part has not received any interest from the borrower, there's no estimated end date. Also, if the loan part is bought by PF, it wouldn't show the estimated end date.

I don't mind learning something new everyday. I actually looked at the loan agreement earlier. It seems my loan in question bought by PF, the loan term is 95 days.
I suppose to receive 2.99% as interest (95 days interest) of the original amount of £50 if the borrower repaid on time. It is very odd this loan is bought by PF just went live for 10 days, the start date is 5/10/2018.
Any other thoughts?
