Glad to hear at last that things are progressing.
However, its been 6 weeks since any information was shared, perhaps the need to question Ablrate would be negated with regular updates?
6 weeks of silence isn't communicating in my opinion.

.....We can never say that recovery is always possible, your capital is at risk as it says everywhere on the platform, but we do put in the effort to get stuff done and get the best result we can for lenders... that is never, ever, going to be a smooth process. If you think it is then you should seriously think about whether this market is appropriate for you...... Couldn't agree more. Keep up the good work Ablrate!

Thank you ablrate for the update. The issue was not what Ablrate is doing to resolve the technical issues, nor how long it may take. It was the lack of updates to affected lenders which was the problem - particularly for those not in the IFISA. Several weeks of no communicating in such a situation is not really acceptable, regardless of the excellent and appreciated work in actually sorting out the loans.

Seconded as always great job ABL We will have an update on loans 67/68 tomorrow, which should be followed by 85/97/104/105, possibly tomorrow, but before the end of the week.

Sadly I think that this was almost inevitable. This whole thread has been a series of optimistic sounding updates followed by long periods of silence with occasional additional interjections that only serve to cast more doubt as to what exactly is going on with thse loans.

If ABL had a statement to make, don't you think they would have done so? this is not Lendy!
