The credit report for this upcoming loan informs us that a pre-sale agreement is underway with "the leading Housing Association in the UK". I cannot find any measurements by which this is true. The housing association may be an excellent one, but they are not the the UK's leading housing association either by current stock, or by future build proposals.
Perhaps AC can tell us in what way this is the UK's leading housing association? Or is this a misrepresentation?
