Am I right in assuming that yesterday's announcement will adversely affect 1000101 and 1000113?

Dunno, probably won’t affect them much

Can't we wave goodbye to the ECJ shortly?? Let's hope not. They have done a lot more than our own government to protect workers' rights and the environment. And I'm a lender in this loan.

Can't we wave goodbye to the ECJ shortly?? Extremely unlikely. Only in the case of a no-deal you-know-what, in which case we'll all be stockpiling food and weapons, and the status of our P2P portfolios will be right at the bottom of our list of concerns!

We are looking at it and have asked for comment from our borrowers, however on the face of it, it looks to be a technical issue and will be reinstated, but we are looking at it.

For the bolder amongst us, someone (possibly an underwriter?) is offering £12k of 1000113 at 5% discount, before it's even made its first monthly interest payment!

The situation does not look good for the back up generators at the current time. But Greg Clark said the ECJ ruling dealt with the process rather than the principle of the Capacity Market, suggesting that the mechanism could be up and running again soon. "The implication of that is the capacity markets that we operate will continue," he said.

I think that Ablrate should write to the PM, demanding a small change to the agreement on exiting the EU. Meanwhile I am holding.

There are now additional 34k offered at 5.2% discount or I'm wrong?

111 has made its usual repayment. Will 113 survive to make its first repayment on Saturday? I expect to be giving thanks for the discounts.

I'd be very surprised if these loans did not continue as normal. Probably our borrower is seeking high-level info from Govt. and industry before ablrate can provide an update.
They might even pay back early if there is a change in direction. Could make for a good buy now.
{Edit: No, I am not selling!}
