We have received an up to date bank statement confirming more than sufficient funds are being held. As soon as the issue caused by the accountants is resolved, our loan will be repaid in full. In the meantime, interest will continue to accrue.

Hopefully this is good news?

We have been in contact with this borrower throughout the loan term, However a recent contact attempt has been unsuccessful. We are actively working to make contact and will update investors as we move forward and progress.
