Since starting this thread 6 months ago, every withdrawal I have made has been actioned before 5pm and often before 4pm. Today I am back to waiting for the money requested from 2 accounts yesterday to arrive. Nothing better to do than post here whilst I wait for it to arrive before moving it on from my B/S hub account.

All 3 requests (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) should have been received today (Monday). There's very probably a simple explanation, like someone forgot to press a button, or some job failed and nobody noticed. Give 'em a call tomorrow AM, and there'll be some red faces but hopefully not too much harm done.

Do you think we are looking at tomorrow now? I would guess so. They send the money faster payment and that should arrive within 2 hours of being released but more often than not, 2 minutes. Unless someone at RS is working after 1830, I'd guess they've forgotten to push the button.

Yes mine did not arrive yesterday either. I have called them and they said there is an urgent issue with withdrawals being delayed which they are hoping to rectify today. I have asked/suggested they communicate to ALL investors if they envisage any further delays (beyond today). i.e. To today's repayments due for withdrawals made on Monday as well. RateSetter it might also be good if a comment as to what is happening is made formally on this forum.

I just called too. They are aware of a problem but haven’t a clue when it’s going to be resolved advisedme to raise a complaint! Not good!

Question for anyone who requested a withdrawal on Friday or at the weekend: if you go into the One-Off Withdrawal page right now, just above the box where you enter the amount, does it say "Please note that some of your withdrawals are pending" ?
I requested a withdrawal on Monday, and I see this message. This is normal; it goes away once RS had sent the payment. I am just wondering whether those with earlier requests are still seeing it too.

Yes, although it appears on the Everyday withdrawal page, as ISA withdrawals seem to go via your Everyday account.

I got a courtesy call from RS. Similar to cmundo, a complaint has been raised on my behalf and I hope it will be resolved asap.
