Early but very welcome full repayment and interest on both part 1 and part 2 today.
This demonstrates really good Due Diligence, a good quality borrower and hands on management of the loan. Plus the fact that you have a real cash holding / interest in each loan which for me is the really first class USP.
Please keep to this formula as it beats many other P2P sites hands down.
