Can anyone suggest P2P sites that pay dividends rather than interest please? Not sure I understanfpd you. Only companies pay dividends. If you want dividends instead of interest you can buy shares in FC, buy p2p investment trusts like p2p global, FC etc.

If you want dividends instead of interest you can buy shares in FC, buy p2p investment trusts like p2p global, FC etc. I think I may have wrongly(?) been including "equity platforms" as a form of P2P - Property Partner has been suggested but are there others?

The Housecrowd paid dividends on the early properties (I'm still receiving 5yrs on) but not sure what their investments are offering nowadays.

How is the freshly launched Assetz Exchange structured? Dividends or Interest. Interest I believe, for income. It's P2P loans officially (so can offset losses) FCIF and P2PGI and others "convert" P2P into dividends (and always can sell for something). Wish there was something that ended up with targeting a CG rather than div or interest though. I can't be the only one who struggles to use that allowance

(NB. restricted to those self-certifying as HNW / Sophisticated)

Each property is put in an SPV and we sell shares and loans into that SPV. Therefore our equity would pay monthly dividends and our loan product pays interest. I hope this clarifies your point.
