I have just had a small chunk repaid from the auto invest in the 1 year market (2 weeks ago), trouble is no interest has been added, they are aware but have done nothing about it, got about 5 loans, out of about 20 that are running over schedule as well.... Starting to lose faith.. I was in a similar position. I got nowhere with ‘customer services’. For the first time on any P2P platform I actually had to resort to a formal complaint just to get the interest on the auto invest account paid. They left it to the final one of their self-set 5 days (working ones I might add) to respond to my formal complaint before paying a miscellaneous amount equating to the missing interest, and informing me they had done so. The amount was small, the principle was not. The capital was paid on time and now all funds are withdrawn and safely in my bank account. This platform won’t get a penny more of mine.

I had 1 year auto invest. Prior the due date, I received a courtesy call from the customer care regarding the redemption. The full amount plus interest was repaid one day after anniversary in the later time of the day.
Although the loans in the auto invest were not redeemed at the time, my investment was repaid pretty quickly compared to other bridging loan platforms. I didn't know some of the auto invest loans were eventuality retermed, or repaid later on.

Today just looked at my account and a small amount of extra interest has appeared from June Derby Road DE4.
