There appears to be an error in the tax statement generated by Huddle for the 2018-19 tax year which appears to affect lenders who held the CT loan at 10/4/18. The April interest payment was paid three times in error but the tax statement seems not to reflect the subsequent correction reclaiming the overpayment. In my case, this means taxable earning are overstated by nearly 30%. (could be other errors which dont affect me)
Ive emailed them to request a fix but lenders may want to check their statements/records are correct
May also be a separate issue relating to accrued interest on secondary market purchases not being deducted, which has been a problem on ABL. Ive not made any purchases on SM so cant check figures for that.

Same issue has occurred on Ablrate (common software)... p2pindependentforum.com/thread/9899/statement-error-interest-double-paymentAnyone recall if the tax statement was adjusted accordingly? For that matter, has the interest correction on ABL #44 been added to last years tax statement, if not then holders of that loan risk under-reporting.
