We have twice sent important documents to RS to change name and address details. Most recently, signed for - presumably by a RS employee. Twice they claim not to have received them.
Who do I complain to in this age of data protection?

Have you checked the tracking number and the name of the person who signed them? If you sent the documents to 1 The Os*** Busi**** P***, it might not be signed by a RS employee. VCL has the same registered address as RS.

I sent something to that address and it arrived. Wasn't even registered.

We trust RS with a significant amount of our money. We expect them to look after documents that they have requested that we send to them to prove our identities.
The good news is that one set of the documents have been returned to us, addressed to my wife’s old name but at the new address. The letter apologised for the problem but started ‘Dear Catherine’. Her name is not and never has be even similar to Catherine.
