As a matter of interest what do yo think will be the recovery for the 5 racing cars which I have assumed are the same owner:

If the cars in total sell for over a million, but just one of them sells for peanuts, this will indicate a loss by your metric. It has been set up using a biased metric which gives no scope for upside but plenty of scope for downside.
I am in these and do not believe all of the loans will get a full recovery and have responded to the poll accordingly.

As long as FS get hold of then quickly and just throw them in the first specialist auction I don't see why you wouldn't get full recovery. There really shouldn't be high recovery fees on these items as they literally just get the auction company to pick them up. I did relative searches on the valuations when I first invested in them and the valuations were not a million miles away.

well that's one opinion - option 7 allows for 100% overall recovery - will be interesting to see how each individual car goes - I guess I could have polled for number of cars which will show a 100% recovery but we will get the actual individual results from FS sooner or later
Considering the Landrover never made 100% recovery (granted FS are standing behind it) I just can't see any of these making 100% but I really know nothing about this market and hope the investors get all their money back...
Speaking of polls - hopefully we will get the Park Homes results next week or very soon after.

Before any predictions we need to know for a fact that all 5 vehicles are located. As we know some of the R** fleet was missing when representatives of another platform turned up to view the security.

(Or £102,500 ; £132,500 ; etc)

How interesting - I never knew that about the R*** fleet - I really hope that all cars are on site!
Interesting poll results to date- huge spread so some of us are going to be very wrong...
