Hello I'm facing a problem withdrawing money from the Rolling Market. I've asked Ratesetter support and am not getting very far although they said they'll follow up. I was wondering if anyone here has seen this issue. In short, my Portfolio screen shows I have a few hundred pounds in the Rolling Market (of which zero is "on market"). However, when I come to the Release Investment screen, my Rolling Market value shows as zero and I can't withdraw anything. It's very possible I've misunderstood how this is meant to work - any advice gratefully received. Thank you

It's probably being released "soon". I had 85% released within 2 hours today, 15% stuck due to reinvestment orders. Money released via RYI on Sunday is already in the bank in the early afternoon today.

Thanks for your quick response. To give more context, I had a few thousand in the rolling market. Just over a week ago, I wanted to withdraw all funds but was only able to withdraw about 90%. That sale went through very quickly. It is the remaining 10% that still shows in my Portfolio more than a week later but I'm unable to withdraw any of it. Is that expected?

No, that's unusual. You may want to call Ratesetter? Let us know the response.

Have I understood this correctly: in the "Release Your Investment" screen, the amount you see as being "On Loan" is zero, despite you knowing that you have money on loan? This would be strange: that figure should certainly match what your "Summary" page says.
Or is it that your remaining portfolio consists of a lot of sub-£10 loan parts, meaning that none of the amount on loan can be released? In this case, you would see the correct amount in "On Loan", but when you tick the "All" button you would find that actually £0.00 would be realisable.

Hi
In "Release Your Investment", I see "On Loan" as "£0.00".
On the main "My Account" page, under "Your Portfolio" it shows "£345.79" under "Amount" and "£0.00" under "On market". When I then drill down to the individual loans, I see a variety with a number over £10 and one is £201.
Thanks

members.ratesetter.com/your_lending/money_on_loan/by_product_on_loan.aspx?pid=1I notice something different. It appears I have a substantial amount, 15% of "Non-amortising" loans in the rolling market. Not entirely sure if I had acquired these non amortising loans before reinvestment orders today. Breakdown of these "Non-amortising": 4 loans: late, already past next repayment date 32 loans next repayment date in 2020 3 loans scheduled repayment date in early Nov 2019 39 loans renewed today and scheduled for repayment next month. 2 loans under £10.

Sorry -- beats me! I can think of no reason why the two figures for amount on loan would differ. Software bug at RS?

Ratesetter customer services have confirmed that there is an issue which is affecting a number of clients. They’re treating it as a high priority. I’ll post back when I hear more.

I also rang RS customer services this morning. I told them pending request not showing in RYI page. I have been told the issue has been escalated to the relevant department and will contact me for an update. Regarding to the 15% stuck yesterday, I have 13% released this morning. My other RS account released 99.70% within 2 hours this morning, only 88p stuck in rolling as it cannot be sold.

I chased customer services once and they said they were still working on it. I had another look today and found that I could withdraw the money so it looks like they've fixed the problem.

I’m having the same problem with a small “ghost” amount that seems to be stuck after I tried to empty my account (all in the rolling market) yesterday.
Will wait for a few days and then get in touch with RS support. It’s probably a bug I guess.

I made a withdrawal request from Access (Rolling Market) on Monday 28th, money released within 2 hours.
