I drove past this one on my road trip last month, but didn't stop to take photos, as there was nowhere obvious to park .... which may well be off putting for casual house hunters. The bigger issue is there are MASSIVE road works in the area, which at a casual glance could easily be assumed to be providing access to a huge new estate (or worse, tin shed alley). Maybe in five to ten years time that will indeed be the case, but short term its just the construction of a new road.
The A14 trunk road is in the process of being re-aligned between Cambridge and just west of Huntingdon, and is due to open late 2020. Once the new southerly alignment of the A14 opens, the plan is to demolish the elevated section of the existing A14 in the centre of Huntingdon, and create a new link road to route the existing A14 (de-trunked) into Huntingdon's road network. The long term consequence of which is the main road immediately in front of the property will carry more traffic than it currently does.
There is a planning application to use the land to the west of the new link road to store topsoil from the A14 extension works until the project completion, which will short term increase construction traffic on local roads.
I've slightly expanded this post in DDC for those with access, and included a plan to help make sense of the roadworks. I think the main conclusion is the area is going to be a mess of roadworks for probably eighteen plus months, and will not be conducive to selling the property in the meantime.

Quite a substantial - and reasonably positive - update to this one which I would suggest is probably best not be posted in this public arena. I'll add to FS DD if I can find a suitable spot. (Edit: see here)

30/07/2021 - The Receivers have advised that planning consent has now been granted; subject to conditions. Agents have approached the previous interested party and the Receivers are also seeking recommendations as to the best way to market the property. 29/10/2021 - The Receivers advise that contractors are appointed to complete the works to discharge the planning conditions, with materials on order. Architects are retained to oversee and ensure the relevant application is submitted to get final sign off. The property will be marketed once all these works are complete.
