Which project would the 'skip next project' option skip? Probably not a good idea to launch more than one project at a time. I'm not intending to skip just pointing out a potential problem.

CrowdProperty Representative does 'skip next project' apply to a loan already pledged or does it stop pledging on the next one to appear? The word "launch" is a little ambiguous and might mean either appear on site or going live for pledges.

Hi both
Many thanks for your questions.
The double project launch was a successful test, which was useful input as we bring you more projects that meet our exacting standards, as you requested. As part of this test we personally dealt with all project skip requests. As the AutoInvest product evolves, it will be made very clear how to skip one or both where there are coinciding launches. For clarity, 'skip next project' applies to the next project going live on the platform for you to pledge towards. That's what we mean when we use the term 'launch'.
Best regards,
The CrowdProperty Team

Best regards, The CrowdProperty Team Thanks. And just to be clear if I turn on 'skip next project' can I turn it off as soon as the project has launched or should I wait until it has been filled? For example if you launch another one whilst Chesil Beach is still in progress will it stop autoloan from investing in the latest one?

The 'skip next project' only needs to be set for the moment a project launches on the platform. Then this setting reverts to not skip the next project launching (unless set again) so will autoinvest in the next launch, and will not consider projects still funding. Basically the setting only applies at point of launch on the platform, which we think is exactly what you are looking for.
Best regards,
