Finally sold my last bit of Hackers, so I'm now bridging loan free (other than a bit of outstanding interest).
When they first appeared they looked a decent investment, but I won't be dipping my toe in the water again unless there is a favorable outcome on the various bridges that are currently showing signs of distress.
