It is a fair question but what have you lost faith in. Ratesetter, the situation or both

It is a fair question but what have you lost faith in. Ratesetter, the situation or both I think ratesetter are doing a reasonable job but that circumstances are against them.

I think so too, it is hard and I'm sure they are stressed as we are but at least they keep going. I HOPE they make it, this is one of the good ones

I've left most in. I asked for some purely for liquidity purposes for my own planning but i try to keep a balanced portfolio. I think risk reward is low now but it's 'safer' than elsewhere. Ratesetter themself no issues but how they can sustain a growth in defaults is not clear yet. some will say they can't, some will say they can. what I think they need to share is how many are struggling to pay it's only fair it's my money and it's a risk so they keep saying ...

I see they have now taken to sending emails to ask for feedback. I do find it surprising, OK they have (had) £850m under management, they manage to answer any mundane question that people direct towards them, but I had £250k with them which I have RYId and they never contacted me directly. Although Assetz was worse, I pulled all my money from them and they callled me a day later to offer me some weird cashback deal to put money in.

At least you seem to be next in line on this forum compilation. Good luck- the end is is sight.....?
When I rang them on Monday after the web "Processing" entry error, despite being next on our chart for 1 year, I could get nothing out of them at all.
I said time frame of weeks or months- which?
I was told informally 'somewhere between the two! ... and so it was paid out Wednesday! So hang on in there.....
