Has anyone Stepped on to OnStep, sounds like it is just restarting again. Would be good to know anyone experiences if anyone dipped their toe in.

Yes, I invested in their only project to date. Its still early days, but no complaints so far. Interest has always been paid on time, including throughout the covid crisis. A positive update was recently provided on how the tenants are progressing with the improvement works to the property.
I'm sufficiently content to look at their next project.

have now decided to dip a very little toe in, the fact that you can still buy at par and the owner has obviously invested a lot into the property since taking it on persuaded me. Will be interesting to see how their pipeline works and how they maintain quality of the loans.

Sounds like OnStep are giving up on their current product, which is no surprise as they only ever hand one borrower. It is a real shame none the less as I really liked the ideal of it. Lets see what they come up with next, it would be nice to see a similar product that mix's monthly returns with equity growth but who knows.
