I hope you are all well and looking forward to a sunny weekend.
You may have seen that we’ve recently announced several senior hires within our lending team to ensure our pipeline of loans continues to grow and we keep bringing top-quality loans for lenders. Barney Iles has recently joined our lending team as a lending manager coming from CapitalRise where he worked as an associate director and prior to that he worked at Octopus Real Estate. Chloe Stidston-Lewis also recently joined us from Propfin. In 2020, Blend Network increased the value of loans listed by 104% compared to the previous year.

Would be helpful if www.blendnetwork.com/pages/statistics (under the heading 'Expected and actual default rate and arrears ') listed total value of the loans (£s) in addition to total number of loans.
On the subject of number of loans
-top right of that page lists "Number of loans 64"
-further down the page with the breakdown by year shows Total loans as 61.
Is it the case that Blend Network have arranged just one loan in 2021 as indicated by the breakdown by year?
Edit: number of loans displayed on the statistics page has been corrected.

Thanks cb25Sure, I will certainly raise your very appropriate suggestion of having the total value of loans (£) under ‘Expected default rate’, ‘Actual arrears’ and ‘Actual default rate’. In regards to number of loans (64 vs. 61), this is due to the fact that we update the table once a month at the start of the month whereas the top number (64) is update automatically by the platform.
