FC: With regards to reviewing the financial position of the borrower. We have reached out to the borrower to ascertain their position on numerous occasions since the payment plan in November 2018. Unfortunately we are still awaiting their response to find out if they can increase their repayments.
We have requested a review of their circumstance on 5 different occasions and are continuing to do so. Until we are provided with a response from the borrower, we are unable to determine whether they are able to increase their repayments. Our collections and recoveries team will continue to their efforts to get in touch with the borrower and update investors once there has been a material change.
