Three times over the last three weeks I have tried to contact CP via the in account Inbox messaging system, all ignored with no response. Due to current Covid situation and many working from home I thought this may be the best way to communicate but looks like I'll have to revert to physically phoning someone.. Frustrating to say the least !
Anyone else successfully communicating with CP via "Inbox" ?

I've always had a response.
I last sent them a question via the message box on the 4th April. I received a reply on the 6th (first day back after Easter).

I have to message them each time I want to make an ISA withdrawal as there is no way to do this myself. This is a (small) pain but they have always answered the same day.

I message CP fairly regularly and I've always had a prompt and helpful reply.

I've had no response from a message sent on the 1st April. It was to report a website malfunction. Not expecting a quick fix, but an acknowledgement would be good.

I have 100% success with the phone so far, it could fail when the phone service is being overloaded. Twitter 0% Email: 50%. Got reply from Lucy same day but none from operations. Inbox: never tried. Resolving problems same day: 50% depending on the issues. Resolving problems within a week : 100% when chasing up by myself.

Finally a response to the latest mail after 3 days with an apology. Still no response though to my March 24th mail regarding an update to Smithdown Road, initially due to complete Nov 2020 then revised to January 2021 and nothing since.
