Payment due today 16/10/21
Now, would you have thought it prudent, especially with the finance chap connection, that they got their heads together & thought, with the diabolical state of the loan book, get that payment made.
Do they think like that I wonder, or does it go over their heads.

7 days up today for payment.
What will happen next.
1) The payment arrives, or 2) We get another admin update, or 3) No payment & no admin update.

138 payment (Same Company) is/was due tomorrow.
This has the same hallmarks & language of previous failed Ablrate loans.
The stock needs to be checked out & secured until the payment is made.
Then it should be monitored.

Are you keeping on top of what's actually happening with this company ablrate . I hope it is not a another case of trading continuing & directors pocketing profits, while they either keep suggesting payments are imminent & delay paying their debts or suggest a restructuring to delay the inevitable. Meanwhile are you taking control of stock. At what point is the 'end of the week' anyway. You need to advise us with a further admin note, if payment is not received as previously indicated, to let us know the situation at least. We deserve to be provided with more clarity than of late.

Questions for ablrateWhen did they request reducing payments. Why have they not at least continued with reduced payments in the interim as good will, before requesting lower payments. How long did they take to produce bank statements, after the request for them. Could there be more undeclared bank accounts in use. Has a physical stock check been made on behalf of lenders & are there proposals to ensure they are secured.
