• We originally created this survey to gather responses about our response to covid, but we included questions about risk, perceptions, and regulation. So, we would like to invite non-customers to input
• It’s not an anonymous survey, we ask you to register with us so that we can contact you about your responses and dive deeper into your insight, if appropriate
• Some questions may not be relevant to you, please just answer those questions neutrally, or ignore them
