One of my default loans has 1.3M of lenders money outstanding with little hope of recovery. Assetzcapital has £300 of monitoring fees outstanding. They even had the nerve to take an exit fee of 20k. Their definition of exit presumably ?
A beautiful sight for equity investors until lenders wise up.

I see the recent vote to chase valuers and our greek property developer was in favour of wasting more money even although the chance of success is slim. Call me cynical , but I dont be believe these votes reflect the true wishes of investors. Id be happy to take whats left in the scottish laird project and the the greek escapee to Monaco and they can keep the rest. My 2045 account closure prediction may have been optimistic.

AC's tame PR on the conversion and fund raise.
33% rise in the share price.

Funding Circle IPO price 4 years ago 440p , today's price 59p. That's what you call a long term investment.
You need to believe Assetzcapital is different and better than FC ! I don't.

Not if you're selling your shares pre or at IPO, Buy low, sell high, pass on to the greater fool...

Still on a downward trend for Funding Circle. Currently there is no shorting which is a plus I suppose. I didn't like their loan management practices, I wonder if things have changed since ejecting retail lenders ? Open: 37.55p Year high: 169.80p Year low: 34.50p

The raise I talk about at the start of this thread has happened and is closed, I think I put in £500
I think the total they've raised on Seedrs over the years is "Total raised £9,043,953" so I'd guess the £200m your talking about is stuff they are lending on behalf of some other entity. Do you have any more details?
The AC blog might refer to it, they get announced there

Seems to be a lot for sale on the Seedrs SM at an apparent discount. Is that a bargain or catching a falling knife?
