Repaying full capital and interest today. Relendex supported borrower to complete the project, rather than call in receivers. Wise decision by Relendex as receivers brought in would have likely seen a reduction in the full interest repaid. Good timing with this loan repayment at the same time as the launch of another new loan to reinvest in.
