I keep getting letters and forms from the administrators of at least one HCP, Quantuma, bringing me up to date on the latest lack of tangible progress.
But a little question mark has arisen in my mind... Should I be completing the creditor claim forms? I mean, as a shareholder in the SPV, I'm not a creditor... - am I?

In my opinion -- no. You are not a creditor -- unless you supplied The Housecrowd Limited (and derivatives) with goods and services you haven't been paid for!
You should be filling in and returning the other form with questions about "How much did you invest?" "How many shares?" etc. entitled "Statement of Interest In Shareholding", which seems to be to make sure that the records held by HCP/Administrators tally with your version of events.
Not that Quantuma have found a way to pay anything back yet ... however ... because of the complex tax issues and liabilities.
