Is this just the thin edge of the wedge for 2023?

I wish PL were transparent with the names of *all* the loans with issues at any point in time.

I`m only in the refinance loan mentioned and not concerned as there is a significant interest reserve. During CV19 peak many loans requested an interest payment holiday but all loans repaid or continued as normal, the 2023 economy not expected to be as bad as that. I think there may be more requests for payment holidays as 2023 is going to be tough but Proplend is very proactive with default prevention.
