R4 earlier said about 80% of phones received it. Edit: 93%, according to the gov't. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-65391455Apparently 3 just broadcast it once, on the nose of 3pm. Every other carrier broadcast it multiple times (as they're supposed to), across a period. Sounds like even if I wasn't on 3, I wouldn't have received it, because I connect by wifi, not directly to the cell network, because we have zero signal. Clearly, us rural types are expendable. 93% sounds great for a very first try and as ilmoro points out we're not doing too badly in comparison to others. 33% in my house. Actually 25% if you include a work phone.

Yes, I believe the number I quoted wasn't 100% - unlike for my house.
