Now what do I do with this, ..... Can I suggest a donation to the reporting of the trial if you haven't made one already or would like to make another. The details that are coming out are invaluable to the 'lings' and myself in our now +5 year quest to extract 'compensation' to cover all Col losses from the FCA/Treasury. Every day that is reported gives investors more ammunition to strengthen our cases.

Just received about £1000 in my Nationwide account - around 9% of my investment. Still hopeful!

Out of around £3000 invested on the site when they did a runner, I just received £180. I invested a total of £3,165.62 & received £235.79 yesterday. I certainly hope there's more to come & expect the FCA to compensate any shortfalls!

never touching p2p again, they are all crooks, ISA is already fully utilised so I think a non ISA stock and shares for me Yes I agree, after this happened I managed to get fully out of P2P and never again. If anything it taught me a lesson to not stray outside of mainstream investing again and I stuck to my S&S ISA from then.
I did say to myself, dispite writing it off as a learning experience, if I ever got anything back I would put it the boring but predictable City of London Investment Trust to add the dividends and reivesting of dividends which may claw some of this mess back over time I may still do this and put the DJI Drone on hold yet!
Luckily the company name is City of London Investment GROUP rather than City of London Investment Trust - else the ticker would be a bit awkward ;-)

Just under 4% for me also. I was 90+% bling, and not a lot of cash. I was mostly in bling and only about 5% received today. I note from todays email that more repayments are due next month. Perhaps that will be bling loans, since today's repayments look like property? Sorting out the tax position on this lot is going to be a nightmare! dermot - as I read it, the repayments next month are only for those who have not received a distribution this month because BDO did not have sufficient bank details. I would take it that this distribution today is on all loans where they have recovered monies. There is not a second distribution on monies they have recovered to date to come to us. From the schedule they have provided, there are I think only two loans they are paying out on which are bling loans and they are quite small. It does not tally with previous reports from BDO which suggested they had recovered about £150k of the £1.5m of such loans, so I do not know where the rest of the recovered monies are apart from being taken in costs? Anyone holding bling loans, it seems to me are facing a total wipe out. Any further distributions, if any, will be for as yet unrecovered property loans. This is just as I see it and I may be wrong and am happy to be corrected. Cheers Picnicman.

I think I will just fire mine into my investment ISA at least knowing the dividends be more reliable than Collateral ever was and mentally write the rest off again. Hopefully justice is done against the Currie Brothers in the Courts, slap it up them!

TIA BL is a standard property or bridging loan, DL are development tranches. There have been no payouts on any of those loans.
