Received 7.1% of my balance. Rather disappointing, but I suppose it's better than nothing.

For me it's just 3.7% return or less than 1% interest per year on the investment, depending how you view it. Certainly not and cannot accept the rest of MY money has been taken so expecting full refund from the legal department responsible for my trusting the validity of this investment and platform, if no further capital returns are made directly by the administrators.

27.5%.
I am very pleasantly surprised.
A chunk of it has been turned into cheese.
Edit: And, yes, the %ages all align with the payout.

BL is a standard property or bridging loan, DL are development tranches. There have been no payouts on any of those loans. Is that yet.. or shouldn't I expect anything would you know?

6.86% - mostly the cash on account. most of mine was in chattels (aka worthless junk) and the mysterious not-yet-drawndown-so-no-security-and-no-money loans (in Chesterfield and Blackpool). So unlikely I'll get much more from the administration sadly.

COLBL00079 was funded but never drawn down. Nobody knows what happened to the money. also BL00087 and BL00088 in a similar position I think Yes, both funded but never drawn and the money disappeared. I wonder if they are related to this story: www.blackpoolgazette.co.uk/news/tax-cheat-jailed-aps100k-vat-scam-blackpool-newsagent-1047714Here is Wednesday’s round-up of cases at Blackpool Magistrates Court 17-05-17 Maureen Carpenter, 51, Paul Carpenter, 51, money laundering VAT evasion, Stuart Kane, 34, VAT fraud Three people have made their first appearances at court charged with fraud. The trio are involved in the running of Blackpool based company Booze Booze Booze Ltd. They are Maureen Carpenter, 51, and Paul Carpenter, 51, of Leamington Road,Blackpool, who are accused of money laundering the proceeds of an alleged VAT fraud through the Well Fargo Bank in America. The are also accused in the fraudulent evasion of VAT estimated at £138,888. The third person Stuart Kane, 34, also of Leamington Road, Blackpool, faces one charge of VAT fraud.

You'd think that "not drawn down" would mean that the money would have remained in Col's account, so be 100% recoverable, wouldn't you...?

Just under 4% for me also. I was 90+% bling, and not a lot of cash. Actually, the 4% is not a truly accurate return since this only corresponds to a few of my loans and includes the cash held on account. If I remove the cash from the calculation my return average across the 5 loans paid out is 29%. Would be nice to get that percentage from my numerous bling loans but not holding out much hope.
