"We are writing to provide you with an update in relation to your complaint about the FCA in respect of FundingSecure LTD.
Our investigation into your complaint is ongoing but we will be in touch as soon as we have reached a conclusion, or in 4 weeks time to provide a further update, whichever is sooner.

Hopefully the FCA is performing Deep Due Diligence in compiling and collating evidence which will conclude in Criminal Charges and a Criminal Trial.
And don't you all just love the "Thank you for your patience.".
