Given that complaints about the FCA have been on hold for over three years pending the completion of a FCA investigation into F/S, has anyone managed to obtain information on the outcome of the investigation, or better still, gained access to the investigation report? On such matters, is it better to discuss FCA issues here or on the Facebook Group?

Any Which? consumer magazine member might find it interesting that they are asking members for details of "investments gone wrong" . That is, invested in a company or fund that has collapsed. The request is on page 65 of October issue. I have responded naming and giving some information on F/S and Lendy as well as the conduct of the FCA. If more do the same, we might get an investigative article published.

I've complained about the FCA complaints process now that my original complaint is 4 years old with no progress.

Well the FCA can get their 4 week 'updates' out to FS investors, why do they find it so hard for Collateral?
