Social Money are represented by Brightstone Law. The defendants are represented by firm Browne Jacobson.

To save others time there is a Phillip Hewett Employed by Attwells And... Is there a loan number to go with that or is it about something completely different?

To save others time there is a Phillip Hewett Employed by Attwells More accurately, there was a Phillip Hewett employed by Attwells but is now at Sherrards and apparently has been since June 2022 (same SRA ID number). Is there a loan number to go with that or is it about something completely different? Not that jumps out from the web site, but it might be relating to a loan that is in the 'redeemed' pile where no details (such as updates) are visible.

Is this perhaps connected with #2237 (G*yle)? I didn't keep the September email update to investors but I recall that fingers were being pointed at borrower's solicitor mis-deeds.

You’ve hit the nail on the head I suspect. Given investors were requested to respect the confidentiality of afore said communication, maybe it would be prudent to refrain from further speculation.

It appears that Attwells' Know Your Customer and Confirmation of Title procedures could do with some improvement
