Lendy: FCA ordered loan book review in 2017 after identifying “vital” failuresA senior associate at the FCA said in a confidential letter that “ a number of weaknesses were identified [at Lendy] around the accuracy and quality of information” provided to retail investors some 10 months before the city regulator gave the ultimate seal of approval in the form of full authorisation. It took almost two years after the date of this letter before the FCA finally pulled the plug on the platform. surely these lendy directors are going to be charged with at least fraud by misrepresentation amongst other things. this pair of arrogant,up their own ar*es,snakes should be looking at jail time el al coll directors not rubbing their hands waiting for the big payout when this is all over.

Whatever remains after fees goes to creditors ... they (ie us) are owed outstanding capital interest & default interest ... if RSM find £100m down the sofa then I might be concerned they will get something

thats good to know that they will not profit from our losses.i hope the administrators pass all this info and the stuff we have not been told about over to the relevant people and get these two banged up for a few years.

Trouble is they have already profited from our losses and I for one don't have much hope of ever seeing that money recovered from the robbing bar stewards.
