Would the FCA have been notified that this complaint was submitted and awarded?
Should they have withdrawn there approval of Funding Secure at this time. Which would have prevented many people investing further in this.
As said numerous times I only invested because of the FCA approval and it looking official being within an ISA.
I keep thinking of that pension scam advert where they are jet skiing in the Mediterranean with our money

Another excellent article Mousey.
Funnily enough, around the same time I saw a different investor post on this forum that they had complained about another one of the most infamous Funding Secure loans. My memory of that post is a similar result. They had been found in favour of and compensation required. It was not long later FS entered administration.
