I got an email from ips-docs.com on 20 Feb about a new document on the RSM Creditor Portal entitled "Document Record of decision by Qualifying Decision Procedure published on 20/02/2024 15:47:58". I followed the link and tried to log in but no joy.
Does anyone know what this is about? I see it is not on the list on Lendy.co.uk, which shows no new docs in 2024.
Just not sure what it's about and whether it's important or not. Any advice gratefully received.

Lets hope that a very detailed case has been built against these unscrupulous directors. This I believe is the "Marshall Island mystery" with the directors agreeing to pay £3.4m to settle the claim by end of 2023. This is separate to any investigations into the directors as part of the normal course of the administration which is why there is a separate fee approval.
