I have very little idea about what is going on with the FS process. I am a member of the WhatsApp group but don't really read the messages as there are too many. When I do it just seems to be people venting steam or drawing parallels with other things. Is there anything investors should be doing?

Didn't know about the whatsapp group. I'm a member of the facebook group but haven't checked there for months. Just pull the odd bits of cash that arrive. Waiting for the FCA to finally tell me they're going to do nothing and maybe wait for a £10 amazon token if I'm lucky.

But the FCA are clearly dealing with the issues as a matter of urgency, as demonstrated in a their last monthly email. "We are writing to provide an update in relation to your complaint about the FCA in respect of FundingSecure LTD. The investigation into your allegations is ongoing but we will be in touch as soon as we have reached a conclusion, or to provide a further update in a months time, whichever is sooner. Thank you for your continued patience. Yours sincerely" After all, FS went into administration on 23 October 2019, almost 5 years ago and considering the amount of fraud their internal investigation would have exposed, they are doing stellar work in protecting the public from such companies. I look forward to reading the outcome of their internal investigation and how they, the FCA, regulated the activities of F/S as they were duty bound to do. Refraining from sarcasm may not be my strongest point sometimes.

I only hope that the FCA will sufficiently frighten one or more of the previous directors of FS and to learn from the Russian generals and take up base jumping without a parachute.
